Michele leads projects from initial planning through launch and beyond. She focuses on creating organized, user-friendly websites that not only look great but are built to perform, supporting visibility, usability, and long-term growth.
Michele takes a hands-on, collaborative approach to every project. Clients work directly with her throughout the process, ensuring clear communication, thoughtful decision-making, and a website that truly reflects their brand and priorities.
Outside of work, Michele enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and with her dog, Jax.
Heather is a founder and serves as the lead web designer and developer at Soul Sites, supporting client websites through ongoing maintenance, front-end development, and design updates. She plays a central role in ensuring each website remains secure, visually consistent, and easy to use as content and business needs evolve.
With strong technical expertise and a keen eye for clean, effective design, Heather focuses on refining user experience, implementing updates smoothly, and maintaining high standards across every site we support. Her work helps ensure client websites not only function reliably behind the scenes, but continue to look professional, perform well, and support business goals over time.
When not behind her desk, Heather enjoys spending time immersed in live music and nature or relaxing at home with her partner and dog.
